The best way to track and manage your deliveries is with the Australia Post mobile App.  You can download it here.   Another reason it may be worth downloading the Australia Post app is that in 2023 Australia Post started removing handwritten ‘sorry we missed you’ cards — in their words "a change aimed to provide a better customer experience, reduce paper waste, and improve efficiency and convenience".  

Please note:  Once your order is on its way, it is with a different provider.  We understand that delays or missing items are frustrating, however once your order is with Australia Post or a Courier, any delivery issues are outside our control and will need to be investigated by them.  We are happy to contact them on your behalf and will do our best to sort out any issues as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Addresses:  If you find that you have provided an incorrect address when ordering and your order has not yet been shipped we can certainly update these details for you.  However, if you provided an incorrect address when ordering and it has been delivered, we are unable to retrieve it and do not take responsibility for it - so please check your address carefully when ordering!

We are happy to ship anywhere internationally. Simply send us an enquiry advising which size and colours you are after and where you are located. We can then weigh your items in order to calculate the postage. Once you have been notified of all costs, we can invoice you directly. Exchange and returns for change of heart are not accepted for international orders.
